Walmart Files Web3 Trademarks for its Sam’s Club Brand
Retail giant Walmart has recently submitted some Web3-related trademark applications for the name and logo of its subsidiary, Sam's Club. The applications indicate Walmart's intentions to explore various areas in Web3, including non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and blockchain software; virtual and augmented reality healthcare solutions; cryptocurrencies; as well as cryptocurrency trading, brokerage, and financial services.By Elizabeth Morrison
