Fixed Sort Order on Videos

We noticed an issue where videos were being listed in the wrong order. This was occurring on both the home page and the video listing page.  Now, they list in reverse chronological order of original publication date/time stamp. We also performed a few nips and tucks on fonts and extranneous white space (which looks more like dark space given our dark mode).
