STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT Blockchain Project: ICBC Offline Payments
ICBC offers offline payment services and has completed the offline payment project scenario testing under the Cyberport Dollar Pilot Scheme of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. ICBC launched a simulated Cyberport dollar physical card with the aim to explore payment modes and develop dedicated POS and mobile applications.
