Starbucks’ latest NFT collection, “Green Apron,” celebrates the brand’s history and iconic green aprons its baristas have been sporting for decades. This is a limited-edition drop with only 5,000 NFTs in the collection, and the NFTs will be minted on the Polygon blockchain.
The collection description states, “This collection captures that soul that has remained intact through each evolution of the apron. From the original Pike Place apron to the Siren apron you see today, this collection spans across our rich history and celebrates the baristas who have served throughout the past 50+ years.”
Starbucks Odyssey members will receive 1,500 bonus points that can be used to “level up” their Odyssey experience. By collecting points, members get access to new benefits and immersive coffee experiences that they can’t get anywhere else.
This NFT collection is a continuation of Starbucks' dive into its Web3 loyalty program at scale to connect its customers, create community, and providing an engaging customer experience. Starbucks first launched the pilot for its Odyssey program in September 2022.
